Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
EngineeringYou'll own critical pieces of SubDrop's platform — from real-time overlay systems to payment infrastructure to the API layer that agencies and brands depend on. This is a high-ownership role where you ship features that directly impact revenue.
What You'll Do
- •Build and scale Next.js APIs that handle campaign creation, payment processing, and real-time drop delivery
- •Design and implement the real-time overlay system using Supabase Realtime and Framer Motion
- •Own Stripe integration — checkout flows, webhooks, Connect payouts, and wallet systems
- •Build the programmatic drop engine that automatically allocates brand budgets across streamers
- •Develop the public API (v1) with authentication, rate limiting, and SDK documentation
- •Collaborate with product and growth to ship features that move key metrics
What We're Looking For
- ✓5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- ✓Deep expertise in TypeScript, React/Next.js (App Router), and Node.js
- ✓Experience building real-time systems (WebSockets, Supabase Realtime, or similar)
- ✓Strong understanding of payment systems (Stripe Checkout, Webhooks, Connect)
- ✓Experience with PostgreSQL and database design at scale
- ✓Comfortable owning features end-to-end — design, build, test, deploy, monitor

ProductYou'll define what SubDrop builds next. This role sits at the intersection of brand needs, streamer experience, and platform growth. You'll own the product roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship features that drive activation, retention, and revenue.
What You'll Do
- •Own the product roadmap for the brand dashboard, streamer tools, and marketplace features
- •Conduct user research with brands and streamers to identify pain points and opportunities
- •Define PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering sprints
- •Analyze funnel metrics (signup → first campaign → repeat spend) and identify drop-off points
- •Design the self-serve onboarding flow that converts signups into paying brands
- •Coordinate with growth and engineering to ship experiments that test hypotheses
- •Track and report on key product metrics: activation rate, retention, NPS, feature adoption
What We're Looking For
- ✓3+ years of product management experience at a SaaS, marketplace, or platform company
- ✓Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks

GrowthYou'll own the engine that brings brands and streamers to SubDrop. From content marketing to community building to paid acquisition — you'll build the systems that drive organic and scalable growth for a two-sided marketplace.
What You'll Do
- •Build and execute the streamer acquisition strategy — from cold outreach to community partnerships
- •Develop brand acquisition funnels through content marketing, case studies, and performance ads
- •Create and manage the referral program — streamers refer brands, brands refer streamers
- •Produce compelling case studies, blog posts, and social content that demonstrate SubDrop's value
- •Build relationships with streaming communities, Discord servers, and industry influencers
- •Manage paid acquisition channels (Twitter/X, Reddit, Google Ads) with clear CAC targets
- •Track and optimize growth metrics: CAC, LTV, viral coefficient, activation rate
What We're Looking For
- ✓3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition
- ✓Experience growing a two-sided marketplace or creator economy platform
- ✓Strong content creation skills — can write blog posts, case studies, and social copy
- ✓Data-driven — comfortable building attribution models and optimizing funnels
